And it couldn't hurt to bludgeon^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hremind people to use the HTML and CSS validators at w3.org You might also mention Parallels Workstation, Wine, Darwine and VirtualPC as tools for comprehensive cross-platform browser testing.
