Hi has anyone implemented a mochikit chat mechanism in Turbogears. I have no experience with Mochikit and I am looking for a basic chat example. Does anyone know of a snippet of code that could help me. Any advice would be great. I am looking to learn mochikit, is it hard? Does an absolute beginner have a chance at creating chat functionality? If so how long would it take do you think? I only have about a week or two at most and then I need to move on to the next part of this site. I can't really spend alot of time learning mochikit and javascript if possible. I could even do a non dynamic static page hack if all else fails, but I would like to get to know mochikit some.
