Athur, TG 0.9a6 tests to see if SA is installed and if it is it attempts to use it. Unfortunately SA 0.2 passes the "is installed" test but isn't a drop-in replacement for SA 0.1, so the error occurs. It sounds like you've installed a too-recent version of SA.
A short-term workaround is just to modify TG so that it pretends it never sees SA. If I remember correctly the check for SA is easy to find in database.py.
