I am doing some tests with Python 25 Beta 2, is there anyway to get TG
running under this new Python version?

I think your the first one to try it :)
TG doesn't use anything that's deprecated so it should just work. but maybe one of it's dependancies will break.
Did you try it already? I suggest you start by getting setuptools and easy_installing TG, then debug from there to find the offending component.
