Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to install a widget into turbogears but base it at the root of the server. That is, I'd like to use the widget and its accompanying static files from /widget_name rather than /tg_widget/widget_name.
The only reason I am asking is that it may make it easier to install JS thirdparty libraries that are designed to be installed at the root of a web server. So far I have been following the TG convention with respect to statics and it's not really a big deal to do so. Howerver repackaging the library can be cumbersome and error-prone so it might be useful if that process could be minimized. Let me know if I am off base as well. I don't what to spend the cycles if its a bad idea in general. Thanks again!
