Hi there: I"m creating a web app for my workplace which has users uploading files to thier own private domain and can be made public.
I am thinking of using the identity class and to check the permissions explicitly for each user. However what I want to know is can I search the databse, specifically just a column or one entry within in a class. I was thinking of have a column called user within my UploadedFile table. that way i can check all the files that were uploaded and find the ones that were uploaded by a certian user. would this be possible??? If anyone has any other ways please let me know.
