Hi I was surfing the net looking for something else and I saw this link on google I spot it to the minute and even though I never had this problem I have seen many people asking about it here on the mailing list.
warning you have to recompile the mysqldb python module, which on windows is a pain, trust me I made the current exe and you have to patch a couple of things and download like lots of micro$oft crap, aka tools.
