I can answer these right now, if you want.

We are using Turbogears' Identity.  There aren't even any custom
modifications to it.

We have a dedicated server running lighttpd and CherryPy.  So far the
only complaint I have is that I can't get https working reliably
(because CherryPy still thinks its running through http, cause it is).
