I think you're not seeing what I'm saying.  Kid fails to treat html
between <!-- and --> as a comment if it contains python code.

However, Kid does treat html between <!--> and <--> as a comment.  I
believe that the parser kid uses failes to recognize the <!-- as a tag
at some point, since it is not closed.
