How did they not match up? If it is just that the checkbox is displaying in the middle of the table you can set the valign attribute on that row or that data cell to put the content at the top, or bottom. With most widgets you can pass in a dictionary named attrs that will map the key:value pair to html attribute:value pairs in the tags.
