It appears that CogBin doesn't automatically include quickstart templates in the Cheese Shop.
For example, Patrick Lewis's excellent Registration template has the keywords "turbogears.quickstart.template", but CogBin doesn't show anything for that template. Is that the correct keyword set for a quickstart template?
