These are called command plugins and they are currently not documented. This will be one of the last things documented because I don't have much of a personal motivation to learn this part of the framework. If anybody knows this chunk of the framework and is willing to help, I'd appreciate it. You don't even have to write a full descripton/tutorial. You can just create an example, and I'd be happy to flesh it out into a full document.
