I'm having some problems with the upgrade:

easy_install -U TurboGears
Searching for TurboGears

error: Can't download http://www.turbogears.org/download/eggs/TurboGears-0.8.9.tar.gz : 404 Not Found


 any clues?

I should note that the upgrade instructions explicitly state this:
