I can even cut and paste the line into an xterm window without issues.
Yep that's it. I just popped over to the group to observe the cr*ppy rendering. I'll be more careful in the

One of the stupid problems of HTML mail... :-( Too bad that people use it too
often since most of the time there's no information that couldn't be
represented without it and in less than 1/3 of the size since there's no tags
and no extra copy of the message... It gets even worse when people start "my
answers are in blinking yellow on white background, you can put your in purple
on a red background to make them stand out more"...
