I wonder if they said "We don't provide any way to install CherryPy, don't support it, and can't help you with it" or rather "CherryPy will not work on our servers and you should not use it"? If something similar to the latter, then I'm sure Kevin's right it should be removed from the list of suitable TG hosts, but if something similar to the former, maybe not.
