OK. I haven't been keen on FastCGI deployment because it's just generally more complex and error prone than other deployment mechanisms. But, if that's what hosting companies support more widely, it's worthwhile for us to try to get it going.
I have no experience with trying to deploy TG via FastCGI. Some of the docs that I've seen made it look rougher than it should be. If someone wants to experiment with FastCGI and find out what the state of the art is in FastCGI->WSGI deployment, hop over to the turbogears- trunk list and let's see what we can do to get this resolved and make it a reasonably supported deployment route.
