Bruce Eckel put together a Web Frameworks Jam earlier this year, and the people in the TurboGears group learned a lot, had fun doing it, and was excited enough to suggest doing another Jam session later this year (November or December).
I'm hoping to be able to show up too, and help the process along (especially for people who are just learning TurboGears). So, now that we have a plan, we are soliciting input in terms of interest/dates. Questions: 1. Best dates for you (choose top 2): Nov 7-10 Nov 28-Dec 1 Dec 5-8 Dec 12-15 2. Would you be interested in skiing? (see below) Here's a bit more information: The Web Frameworks Jam was held for 4 days (Tuesday-Friday), and this is expected to be of about the same duration. Bruce typically pairs some outdoor activity with his events to give the mind a break while the body is active. Summer: hiking and mtn biking, Winter: skiing Bruce's events are typically held in Crested Butte, CO. This is about 5 hrs from Denver by car, or a 1 hr flight from Denver to Gunnison, then a (bus) shuttle from Gunnison to Crested Butte.
