I just find out a problem on my gentoo box. it turns out that my artsd runs on 7654, which is funny cause I'm not even running KDE
extrangly enough the tg-admin toolbox loaded ok but on shutdown it hangs after I kill the term, it never booted again giving out error: (98, 'Address already in use') anyway I never consider this much of an issue but now I have a reason, if arts is running on 7654 on other distro's then gentoo I'm surprise we never got people complaining about it earlier. so the toolbox should run by default on a less common port don't you think? anyone wants to choose one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers by the way in case someone doesn't knows you can pass in -p/--port to change it since http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/changeset/1635 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
