I looked at some MoinMoin source, and it's definitely coming from the moin i18n stuff...not clear (at least to me) what's causing it though. Some comments in teh source indicate that it might be due to a macro...and the comments section is, I believe, handled by a macro...and the comments section isn't working on that page...so I would guess that there is possibly a problem with some of the content in a comment for that page.
Only a guess though.

Yes, I can. I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.7 and Konqueror 3.5.2:

- Information on page is complete indeed, but at the end you can read:
"Exception: Formatting a text that is being formatted?!"
- visit any other page of the wiki and you'll find the same exception
- Obviously, something is wrong because everything works ok :)
