I don't expect people to follow the list carefully, but it's common courtesy to do a search before posting a problem to the list. Pasting the error message into the main google search prefixed with TurboGears returns a thread containing the solution on the first hit. The same query on the google groups search returns four hits, all of which contain the solution.
