At the top of the page, it still has the suggestion:
"If you're new to TurboGears you should check out one of the tutorials and then take a look at the "Getting Started Guide"."
...but the "Getting Started Guide" no longer exists!
Also, I'd like to see something to take the place of the Getting Started guide, maybe a "QuickStart" guide or something, which would provide a quick overview. I know when I'm investigating a new framework/project/whatever, the first thing I do is look for some kind of quickstart documentation (something with a "Start Here" next to it). It could even be something as simple as a short page with mostly pointers to other articles, but I think even that would add a lot of value to a beginner.
