I commented out the constraints in both team and player, ran the create and then uncommented and ran create again. This worked but that is just to get going towards other parts of the tutorial. There were comments end of patch 279 that this might have gotten fixed in the trunk. I have not tried it yet. Let me know if any one has and I can move onto that.
