Well then, I'm glad I got proxying working finally! Is there a page that would be the best place to post some tips on the proxy setup for Ubuntu users? The default apache setup on ubuntu is weird and if you are an apache hack like me, you will get frustrated. Might as well save someone else the trouble. There are also a bunch of typos in the code examples for the deployment section of the book, not sure where to post corrections for that.
