I'm planning on posting it this weekend, which at this point means tonight ;)
I should have the code for parts 1-4 up tonight. Most of the later chapters don't have full programs so they won't have code downloads. But I think the testing, Kid and MochiKit chapters will all have code for download either tonight, or if things take too long tomorrow night. The Code page on the book website should have had a date for when the code would be posted. I was sure I uploaded the updated code page with a timeline on it.
