Just a note - when I say "small security issue" I don't mean that Identity is insecure - the way it's being used in your use case is insecure *for your app and your situation* (and even then, it's doing exactly what is should be in terms of browser behaviour and the identity framework). Security issue is a bit of a misleading term in this case.
