Well, I don't think there's anything wrong here, and I'm being kind of
slow getting to that point. tg_errors is getting the positional
parameter as it is designed to do, and the reason that validation isn't
putting anything there is because the update_user controller that does
the validation isn't being called because of the trailing slash (doh).

Honestly, I'm not sure what can be done.  I may rework adding a new
user and editing a user into just one controller, which will always
force validation.  Although that could still give some maddening
validation errors.  I may need to stew on this a bit, as it seems like
something that we should be able to deal with.
