As of now, all turbogears.org services have moved over to WebFaction.
There are the following outstanding things to correct still:
1) The CogBin isn't up yet
2) anonymous access to svn does not yet work (I know what to do here,
but I can't actually do it at the moment due to what appears to be a
control panel glitch)
3) trac accounts are gone and there's no AccountManager plugin in place.
You should be able to download the software and read the docs just
fine right now. Let me know if that's not the case. Also, please
speak up if there's some other new problem that is not on that list
above.
