You can configure a logger in DEBUG "mode" for the
"turbogears.identity" subsystem in your dev.cfg file by adding:
[[[turbogears.identity]]]
level='DEBUG'
qualname='turbogears.identity'
handlers=['debug_out']
propagate=0
