Chris, Yes, my webhost does not allow burst memory. It's a hard cap, so I think that's why there is a memory problem.
I reduced the thread_pool of cherrypy to 1 (hopefully I'll be able to increase it slightly later), but it finally worked. Thanks for all the help!
