Hi Francis, I had the same issues and have my own dedicated server running Plesk 8. I still need to change my server's templates to have a workingenv.py so each client's installation is self contained, but other than that, Plesk doesn't take much in the way of configuring to allow a TG app to run.
You just have to keep track of which ports are being used for your hosted apps so there are no clashes and you can easily set up proxying using .htaccess and mod_rewrite.
