At the moment, TurboGears does not work with Python 2.5, so it looks like we are out of luck here. As far as I know the only real obstacle to 2.5 support is RuleDispatch, which is used in a couple of places. I *think* RuleDispatch has a patch to support python2.5 under x86, which would make it suit your purposes, but I am not too sure about that. There should be a few discussions on this list and turbogears-trunk about that.
