Ah ok. So I now I made it a little farther. I've copied over a prod.cfg and my dev database so now I'm not getting any complaints when running. I think my current issue is getting my running TG instance to be recognized by webfactions control panel. It appears that my app is running (i.e. No complaints on standard out) but I cant seem to access it over HTTP so I have a feeling that I'm having a config issue having to do with webfactions admin console.
