You can tweak (change app name, etc) that file and put it into a
quickstarted app to see it in action

I sort of cleaned that up and pasted it again at
http://paste.turbogears.org/paste/861. One small quirk, when form fails
validation it would be nice that the first tab that contains an error would
get activated. It could easily be accomplished client-side using
javascript.... that is left as an excercise to the reader ;)

Maybe someone can polish it up and put it somewhere at docs.turbogears.org?
