Just added it to a project. Runs as expected, nice. I did notice
that you are overriding indentation and using 2 spaces, where as PEP8
calls for "4 spaces per indentation level." So, for the version posted
to the wiki you might consider dropping the indent parameter.
Surely, I wrote it just to fit my personal needs and before we
finalized which warnings we'd rather disable in local scope.
But it might serve as a starting point, and if it would get included in
the quickstart files it should fit in nicely. After some tuning :-)

I know that I'm a bit off in the indentation game, but I always though
it's silly to waste precious screen space to indentation, and 4 or even
8 spaces just make me feel that way. But you're right, we should follow
PEP8 in this. After all, if I set the indentation level to 2 spaces in
my personal ~/.pylintrc than pylint uses it for all my projects, so
that's where it belongs.

I know how that goes. I haven't been in a few years but I didn't want
to miss the chance to meet up if you were. Europython would be nice,
but I won't be there this year :(
Actually, apart from two fairs that my last company send me to in 1999
and 2000 I've never been on a convention of any kind. It might be
interesting to meet people who think more about code and quality than
revenue and markets, maybe I'll really try to attend one in 2007.

Anyway, I'll update my pylint_projectname.py script so that it has all
the settings (and only the settings) listed in the wiki and paste it
again.
Best regards,

mfg
