While I agree with that in a perfect world , in real world you have
this problem.
Just download the well documented Whatwhat application use it with a
database backend different from mysql or postgres where some
sql initialisation files are included and any user will fiddle for a
while
to correctly enter the first user/admin record.  Even in the TG book
where Whatwhat
is very well described it just says : login and then ....
If there is no first record in the database you cannot login and many
a potental user might be appalled by that more, than having to change
a master keyword for a new setup or initial trial.
