There's a new google group for stuff like this:

http://groups.google.com/group/tgbook

I'll be linking it up on the book website soon.  There's even a wiki
page on the tgbook site which you can use to add "user contributed"
errata.

That page is an experiment to see how the wiki format works for this
kind of thing.   If it works well, I'll link it up form the "official"
errata page.
