TurboGears is packaged for Debian, so if you are running Etch or Sid you
will find the python-turbogears package on your Package Manager of
choice.

I see that the Debian package is being updated in Ubuntu feisty, from
time to time:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?searchon=names&version=all&exact=1&keywords=python-turbogears

You can also add:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian sid main

To your list of repositories (editabled through Synaptic), but that may
make your package manager's life a bit more complicated, so perhaps you
would like to pester the Ubuntu universe maintainer for
python-turbogears to update it from Debian.

We're working to keep you from having to =).

See you,
