I'm rather busy at the moment an I don't have an isolated example ready, But just copying the code from http://paste.turbogears.org/paste/950 as 'myproject.tests.utils_database' and http://paste.turbogears.org/paste/949 as 'myproject.tests.test_model.py' into a quickstarted project should work (I think).
