Yea, a lot of work went into Doumentation today. But if you think about saving 5-10 min of work (which is certainly possible) for each of the twenty five hundred people on the mailing list, we just saved more than two months of total effort. And my guess is that there are more TurboGears users out there than there are people on the mailing list (it's pretty hard to keep up with the mailing list traffic.) Not, to mention that better docs ==> new users. So, the effort of the 8 or so people who gave up their saturday to work on this have definitely made a huge contribution to the project. But there is still some way to go, and we could always use more hands on deck. If people from the mailing list want to help and have some time, there's lots of new docs ported over from Trac. We need people to go through them and test to make sure the code samples work in 1.0, and to let us know how the doc works for them. Is it missing key information? Is it helpful? Should it be expanded? What else do you wish it had in it?
