Now the Russian translation also needs to be found if you don't know about its existence. Of course you can add a link on the OfflineInstall page, but maybe we can find a more generic/automatic solution. I can imagine that we want to have more translations in the future.
Maybe you need to add a page RussianDict as suggested here: http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/HelpOnLanguages As far as I understand, you will then get the link to the Russian translation automatically on the NavBar.
