Answer for simplicity: If SO works for you, you don't need to move. what's adv to SO 1. SO is easy to get in. If you don't feel comfortable with SO, you could try SA. 2. SO has some more stable tools bundled with TG If you need catwalk and datacontroller for aid, at this time SO is your safe choice.(But I think you'll be fine with db tools since you come from PHP) 3. compatibility SO will be still support in future TG version (but may not default). You don't have to feel scared from the rumors. 4. fully tested For performance and flexibility you'd try SA with Elixir. Since SA/Elixir is NEW, so there might be some problems to cooperate SA/Elixir with TurboGears. That might hurt your experience with TG. You'd prepared that you'll meet more problems there. 5. So my point is: If SO works for you, you don't need to move. -- Fred --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
