Hi folks, I have some widgets that generate html directly and then
render it for inclusion in a template using the XML() kid command. The
reason I'm using the html directly in the widget code is because the
widgets use a bunch of recursion to generate themselves and I couldn't
figure out how to do the recursion elegantly in kid.
Problem is that now we are choking on the ampersand character. What is
the recommended way of handling special characters in input that is
destined to be included through something like:
${XML(rendered_widget)}
