I have an R3 laptop running Fedora core linux. I installed
TurboGears, and that seemed to work without difficulty. However, when
I started up a simple project with tg-admin quickstart---as described
on page 15017 of the TurboGears book, when I say
python start-hello.py, I get the following:

Any ideas what I should do next?
Thanks.
