You do need to continue using the SelectResults extension, even with  
SA 0.3.6,
as @paginate has not been modified to use the new "generative" Query  
methods
provided by that version.  The SelectResults merge with 0.3.6 does not
automatically add that behaviour to the Query object, it only adds  
new methods
which must be used to take advantage of that functionality.
