A few things to check:

1- If you refresh the first protected page, does that work, or does it
display the login screen again?

2- Is your browser recieving the 'tg-visit' cookie from the server?
Is your browser saving that cookie?

3- Do you see that cookie value stored in the visitIdentity table in
the database?

4- You can still get the login screen if everything in identity is
working properly, but that user doesn't have rights to view that
page. For instance, a user in the 'manager' group might not be able
to see pages restricted to 'admin'. Or, if you have a group 'admin',
but accidentally restrict access on a page to the 'admn' group.
