Is when it's done a good enough answer? We have made a lot of progress, but we need to port tg 1.0 tests over to the new testing mechanism, and to verify that everything works. Depending on how many people get involved in this effort, how much time they have to devote to the project, and how many things we find in testing, it could be a few weeks or a few months. But I would expect 1.1 to come out sometime relatively soon.
Relative to what, I'm not so sure....
