Hello Chris,

Currently I'm not using Apache so will need to get Apache working with
turbogears using mod_rewrite. I was hoping there was an easier way
but there doesn't appear to be one. Seems there should be a way to
expose a file in the root of a website without having to use Apache.
Wonder if any of the developers have run into this issue yet, maybe I
should open ticket for this.

Thanks,
Rich
