Im trying to replicate what Mark Ramm had mentioned elsewhere, where he mentioned that in the WhatWhat example (book) he implemented returning xhtml snippets.. I thought, like when returning JSON, one doesn't have to mention a template - and the same canbe done while returning xhtml snippets.

Looks like I'll have to delve deeper into the WhatWhat source to see how he achieved sending xhtml snippets so JS can replace it on the browser side.
