Yes, no problem for me going from 0.3.7 to 0.3.8. The only issue I had in upgrading SA has been from 0.3.6 to 0.3.7. In functional tests that used identity, I had to drop the foreign key constraint between the tables 'visits' and 'visit_identity'.
