It is from the tutorial that is here: http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/IdentityManagement?action=show When I installed Firefox, it brought up a page that actually shows the same text as the files (localhost and ff75ed7b) that I ended up downloading with IE7: {"tg_flash": "Your application is now running", "now": "Sun Jul 15 13:08:30 2007"} Maybe I missed a step or have a typo???
